Where do you ship and what courier do you use
We ship worldwide using DHL to make all our deliveries. If you are an international customer and your order is subject to import duty or tax, you will be able to pay this in the checkout.

What is your returns policy
All online orders made during November and December can be returned up until the end of January. Please note we are not able to refund against items which have been size altered.
Do you gift wrap
All items are shipped in a plain white H&K presentation box.
I am unsure on what size to buy
We recommend measuring an existing item if possible and then using our guides to determine the best size to purchase. Should the person you are buying for be in-between sizes, it is recommended that you purchase the larger size. Should the size not be right, the product can be returned after Christmas in accordance with our returns policy.
