Product Details
The Superfino is the finest panama we offer in our ready-to-wear selection. Until recently, this was the highest grade (32 strands per inch) available to purchase in the UK and Europe.
Each piece is completed by a master weaver in Montecristi, Ecuador, and takes between five and six months to weave and finish. The fineness of the weave is extraordinary and it is difficult to comprehend that these panamas are woven entirely by hand.
Once completed, it is trimmed and blocked by a Spanish house that has unparalleled experience in handling hats of this quality. We use our classic fedora crown shape to produce a low, square profile, and each piece is equipped with a full brim to provide superior sun protection. A classic black ribbon and a satin sweatband complete the Superfino.
A hat for the true aficionado and one of the finest examples of artisanal production techniques that are sadly in decline.
Please note that while we try to maintain a brim width of around 7cm, each piece will vary due to the unique nature of each hood and the low availability of pieces of this quality. Before ordering, please contact us for confirmation of the brim width.

Extended Returns Period
All online orders placed during November and December can be returned for refund or exchange up until January 31st, 2025.
Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned in their original condition within 30 days after receipt and with proof of purchase.
